Online Recurring/Automatic Payments

Set up a recurring payment online with a Debit/ATM Card or ACH (checking or savings account) to ensure your payment is on time, every time. Credit cards are not accepted. You may sign up for this option by clicking here.

Cash Payments

You can make cash payments at any PayNearMe retail location (CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, 7-11) during store operating hours. To find a location near you visit   https://home.paynearme.com/all-locations/. To download the QR code needed for payment, please click here.

You will need the following information:

  • Company: FinBe USA
  • Account Number: Your 9-digit FinBe USA Account Number
  • Contact Info: Cell Phone Number or Email Address

You can send a Check or Money Order at least 5 business days prior to your payment due date. Please write your Name and Account Number in the memo section of the Check or Money Order.

Payment options with fees

Online One-Time Payments — $3.95 processing fee⁺

If you forgo the recurring/automatic payment and wish to pay each month with a Debit/ATM Card, Mastercard, Discover Card or ACH (Checking or Savings account), you will incur a fee of $3.95 per payment (that’s an extra $47/year). You will be responsible for making your payments on time. Late fees will apply if your payment is late or missed. You can make an online one-time payment by clicking here.

Automated Phone One-Time Payments — $4.95 processing fee⁺

If you use our automated phone system to make your payment with a Debit/ATM Card, Checking/Savings Account, or Mastercard or Discover card, you will incur a fee of $4.95 per payment (that’s an extra $59/year). You will be responsible for making your payments on time. Late fees will apply if your payment is late or missed.

Agent Assisted Phone One-Time Payments — $6.95 processing fee⁺

If you wish to speak directly to one of our representatives to make your payment with a Debit/ATM Card, Checking/Savings Account, or Mastercard or Discover card, you will incur a fee of $6.95 per payment (that’s an extra $83/year). You will be responsible for making your payments on time. Late fees will apply if your payment is late or missed.

MoneyGram or Western Union Payments — fees vary⁺

MoneyGram — You can pay online at moneygram.com (MoneyGram fees vary). You will need the following information:

  • Account Number: Your FinBe USA Account Number
  • Code: 5372

Western Union — You can pay online at westernunion.com (Western Union fees vary). You will need the following information:

  • Code City: Autobank
  • State Code: FL
  • Account Number: Your FinBe USA Account Number

If you wish to pay via PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay or Google Pay, you may do so on our Customer Portal.
